Session & Rates
I help clients deal with challenges in their physical, mental and emotional health using inquiry, practical mindfulness & energy techniques, and natural supports. Clients have told me they feel more freedom from triggers & reactions, optimism, calm, energy and overall well-being.
It is possible to feel like yourself again.
I currently accept new clients locally, all around Canada and internationally.
Session Package Rate for New Clients
New Client Package – $290
3 sessions allow for exploration around core issues/preoccupations, prescription and follow-up. Includes:
- 1 x 90-min intro session ($110)
- 2 x 60-min follow-up sessions ($90 each)
*Clients who embark upon the new client package will benefit from the $90 reduced rate on follow-up sessions occurring within 3-months of their last session.
Individual Session Rates
90 min intro – $120
60 min follow-up – $95
30 min follow-up – $50
Payable after the session via online invoicing, digital insurance receipts will be provided after each session by email. See payment methods below. Taxes included in price for sessions.
Remedies & Supports
Depending upon the treatment plan, remedies/supports/supplements will be ordered and shipped to you directly or a list of remedies/supports/supplements will be provided if you have access to a store near you. If I have the products on hand in my office, I will ship them to you or be prepared for pick-up if you live locally. An invoice will be sent and can be paid online. I always provide an estimate for products and shipping before ordering. Taxes may be applied to any estimates at invoicing.
Sessions take place online via ZOOM and in person upon special request. I’m available some evenings and some weekends.
Payment Methods & Insurance Receipts
Payments for sessions can be made after the session using the following payment methods
- eTransfer to firstname.lastname@example.org / use security word HOMEOPATHY if required
- Digital invoice sent, payable by credit card or debit card securely online
- Cheque or cash in person
Insurance receipts will be issued electronically via email after each session. Insurance receipts provided typically fall under the insurance category NATUROPATHY. I recommend verifying with your insurance provider. Please include these receipts with your annual tax return for clients without insurance.
Booking an Intro Session
I recommend all new clients contact me for a 15min Q&A session before embarking upon an intro session or new client package. This gives you an opportunity to ask any additional questions and make sure my services match what you are looking for. Please take note of the intake form below. Filling in this form before our first session is integral to your holistic health journey.
You can access and download a copy of my intake form here. You can fill it out digitally, save and email it back to me before your session. Alternatively, print the form, fill it in by hand, scan it, and email it to me. Please allow for some time to fill the form out – it provides me with a general overview of you as an individual.
